Brie wrapped in a mille faille and baked to perfection. Resting over a fusion of caramelized brown sugar and walnuts. Paired with Peller Estates Ice Cuvee Classic Sparkling Wine.
Canadian North Atlantic lobster tossed in a creamy smoked chili aioli atop a bed of fresh arugula inside of toasted, buttered, split top rolls. Paired with Trius ‘Barrel Fermented’ Chardonnay.
AAA filet mignon grilled to perfection over creamy roasted garlic and dill whipped potatoes. Topped with crispy panko crusted Dungeness crab cake. Finished with a rich saffron lobster hollandaise. Paired with Thirty Bench “Winemaker’s Red”.
Lemon lavender cheesecake with a trio of fresh berries. Paired with Peller Private Reserve Vidal Ice Wine.
